This historic 40mm stainless steel timepiece features a distinctive white "Polar" dial personalized with Assad’s signature beautifully printed in red Arabic script (الرئيس حافظ الأسد) right above the 6 o'clock position. Built as a transitional reference, it showcases a fixed 24-hour brushed steel bezel with squared-off font typographies, a distinct red GMT hand with a luminous triangle tip, and a Cyclops date window at 3 o'clock. It is powered by the Rolex Calibre 3085 automatic movement.
