Patek Philippe Nautilus 5724G-001 is a rare and highly luxurious expression of Gérald Genta’s iconic porthole-inspired sports watch design. Encased in a 40 mm 18-carat white gold multi-part cushion case, this timepiece is distinguished by its factory gem-setting, featuring 44 meticulously selected baguette-cut diamonds (~7.4 carats) beautifully laid into its rounded octagonal bezel and end attachments. Beneath its scratch-resistant sapphire crystal sits an asymmetric, horizontally embossed black-blue gradient dial that displays complex complications: an analog date wheel integrated with a moon phase indicator at 7 o'clock, a running small-seconds subdial between 4 and 5 o'clock, and a power reserve indicator located at the 10:30 position. The watch is powered by the ultra-thin, self-winding Caliber 240 PS IRM C LU movement, which is visible through an open sapphire crystal case back.
