Jaeger-LeCoultre Duomètre Quantième Lunaire (Ref. 602.2.24.S, also known as Q6042521) is a high-complication timepiece featuring a 40.5mm 18k rose gold case and a silvered grained dial. At its core is the hand-wound Calibre 381, which utilizes the "Dual-Wing" concept with two independent gear trains—one dedicated to timekeeping and the other to complications—each powered by its own 50-hour barrel. The dial showcases exceptional symmetry, featuring hours and minutes at 2 o’clock, a moon phase and date indicator at 10 o’clock, and dual power reserve indicators at 5 and 7 o'clock. A standout technical feature is the foudroyante (jumping seconds) hand at 6 o’clock, which makes a full revolution every second to display time in 1/6th-of-a-second intervals.
